Choose from two expansive 72m² apartments perfect for four adults, or our charming Art Studio Apartment designed for couples and small families. These light-filled, sun-drenched homes offer complete privacy and comfort, featuring fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, and serene views of our farm and horses. Families will love the dedicated children’s spaces filled with toys and dress-up clothes, along with endless room to run outside. During your stay, explore our private forest, visit the animals in our petting zoo, or enjoy a private horse riding session right on the property.

Our property is a charming, historic gem nestled in nature and blooming with character. We’re still adding a few finishing touches, but we’d love to share its natural beauty with you! Bring your horses along to explore local trails, or spend the day swimming and kayaking on the Neisse River. We’re also just a short trip from the famous Bolesławiec Pottery, Kulturinsel Einsiede Natural Adventure Park, and Medieval Czocha Castle. Come explore!

Cost per complete apartment is about 80 euros per night. Dogs can visit with you for an extra 20euros. We have many animals on the farm so dogs must be well behaved not left in the apartments when you go out and on a lead at all times. Some guests come to work remotely as the wifi is very good longer term is available.
